Shipping policy

At Vee’s Botanica, every item is handcrafted, blessed, and packaged with intention. To ensure your products arrive safely and on time, please review our shipping guidelines below.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday).
This timeframe allows me to hand-craft oils, soaks, sprays, and spiritual products with care.

During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take an extra 1–2 days.

🚚 Shipping Methods

I ship exclusively through USPS unless otherwise stated.
Available options may include:

  • USPS First Class (3–7 business days)

  • USPS Priority Mail (1–4 business days)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

🌍 International Shipping

If you plan to ship outside the U.S., please note:

  • Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility

  • Delivery times may vary depending on country and customs processing

  • Some spiritual items (herbs, liquids) may be restricted by certain countries


    📮 Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
    Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update in the USPS system.

    📦 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

    Once an order is handed to USPS, it is no longer in my control.

    Vee’s Botanica is not responsible for:

    • Packages marked “Delivered” but stolen or missing

    • Delays due to USPS, weather, or carrier issues

    • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

    If your package shows no tracking movement for 10+ days, contact me and I’ll help you submit a USPS inquiry.

    📬 Wrong Address Policy

    If you enter an incorrect address at checkout:

    • Contact me within 24 hours to update it before the order ships

    • If the order is already shipped, a new order will need to be placed

    I cannot reroute packages once they are in transit.

     

    🔄 Returns Due to Undeliverable Address

    If USPS returns your package to me because of an incorrect or incomplete address:

    • You’ll be responsible for paying a new shipping fee to resend it

    • No refunds will be issued for unclaimed or returned items✨ Handcrafted & Energetic Products

      Some products (oils, candles, jars, sprays, baths) are sensitive to heat and should be brought indoors quickly after delivery, especially in summer months.
